WUSATA Moves to ACH Payments

The wait is over! Participants, members, and contractors can now receive payments directly to their bank accounts via ACH payments.

Sign Up Process:

To sign up to receive future payments directly to your bank account, please download and fill out the ACH Payment Authorization Form. 

Please password-protect your finalized form and email it to our Director of Finance & Administration, Melanie Stewart. You can also mail your form to the WUSATA office; see the address below. 

Once your information is entered and verified, the ACH Payment Authorization Form will be destroyed for your privacy, and your ACH details will only be available in WUSATA's CashPro account. Your bank account number and routing information will be masked to users.

Opting Out:

If you elect to not fill out the ACH Authorization Form, your payments will continue to be mailed via check. However, the checks will be issued by the Bank of America BillPay system and will no longer be a Western U.S. Agricultural Trade Association check.
